At BetterWild, we stand by the quality of our products and proudly offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. If you or your furry friend aren't satisfied with our products, you've got a full 30 days to request a refund (less our restock fee of $4.95)

To start a return, please reach out to us at info@betterwild.com.

1. We will generate a packing slip & RMA to include in your return, along with our return address. You will need to print & include this in your order.
2. Take your package to your nearest carrier location within 28 days of generating your RMA. (we do not provide return labels)
3. Once your order has been received at our facility, please allow 5-7 days for processing.
4. Once processed, we will then issue a refund (minus the cost of the shipping label) processing fee.
5. We will email you a refund confirmation to let you know your return is complete.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@betterwild.com.
